Directions:
Mix 2 scoops in 10 - 12 fl oz of water, or milk. Pre-Workout: Take Formula 1 hour prior to your workout to supply your body with the energy it needs. Post Workout: Take Formula 1 hour after your workout to supply your body with the nutrients it needs to stimulate muscle synthesis.
