Directions
Adults and children over 15 years of age: take one Aloe Vera capsule at bedtime, or when needed, with a full 8-ounce glass of water, juice or other liquid. Do not take more than one capsule in 24 hours. Children under 15 years of age: consult a doctor.
Warnings
Do not use laxatives when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present or for more than 1 week unless directed by a doctor. If you have noticed a sudden change in bowel habits that persists over two weeks, consult a doctor before using laxatives. Rectal bleeding or failure to move bowels after laxative use may indicate a serious condition. Discontinue use and consult a doctor. As with any drug, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a health professional before using this product. Keep this and all drugs out of children's reach. In case of accidental overdose, seek professional assistance or contact a poison control center immediately.
