Marshmallow Extract (Athaea Officinalis) 8 mg
Peppermint Leaf (Mentha Piperita) 8 mg
Guar Gum (Cyamopsis Tetragonoloba) 8 mg
FOS (Fructooligosacchanrides) 40 mg
Other Ingredients: Vegetarian Cellulose Capsule, Cellulose and Magnesium Stearate.
Directions:
Use only as directed. Take 4 Life-Flo Fiber Formula vegetarian capsules in the morning and 4 vegetarian capsules at night with 8 ounces of pure water for a minimum of 14 days.
