Directions:
Adults - one (1) Emergen-Zzzz packet 30 minutes before bedtime, as needed, for occasional sleeplessness. Empty contents into a glass, add 4-6 oz of water, stir. For lighter flavor, mix with more water. Do not exceed suggested use.
Warnings: Do not consume any alcohol while taking melatonin. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery while taking melatonin. Do not take Emergen-Zzzz with other melatonin-containing products. As with any supplement, if you are pregnant, nursing or taking medication, consult your doctor before use. Emergen-Zzzz is not formulated for use in children.
