Helps Stop Snoring is a unique blend of eleven essential oils and, although the exact formula is a closely guarded secret, ingredients include Eucalyptus, Peppermint and Lemon Balm - all of which have been proven to significantly reduce snoring.

Aqua, polysorbate 20, mentha piperita (peppermint) leaf oil, citrus medica limonum (lemon) peel oil, eugenia caryophyllus (clove) leaf oil, pinus sylvestris leaf (pine needle) oil, salvia officinalis (sage) oil, eucalyptus globulus (eucalyptus) oil, thymus vulgaris (thyme) oil, melissa officinalis (lemon balm) leaf oil, lavandula angustifolia (lavender) flower oil, pistacia lentiscus (mastic) gum oil, foeniculum vulgare (fennel) oil, citric acid, sucralose.
Directions:
For best results, use last thing at night after brushing your teeth. Simply tilt your head backwards, open your mouth wide and spray three times towards the back of your throat and swallow. Then spray two more times.
If you suffer from epilepsy, skin allergies, are pregnant, using medicines or other homeopathic remedies, speak to your doctor before use. Helps Stop Snoring is not a cure for Sleep Apnoea.
