Water, Grain Alcohol (Ethyl alcohol, final percentage alcohol is 5.5%), food grade Hydrogen Peroxide (final percentage in HPM is 1.5% hydrogen peroxide) and Flavor: Cinnamon, Menthol and Clove Oil.
