Directions:
Take 10-15 drops with water or juice three to four times daily or as recommended by a health care professional.
As an eyewash, place 3-5 drops of the extract to clean and sterile eyecups and pour boiling distilled water in each cup and let the mixture cool to room temperature, then wash each eye. There may be a burning sensation but this is normal.
