We tried on a lot of names for this tea before settling on Headache Hero. Miracle Headache Tea, Unbelievable Headache Tea, Best Darn Headache Tea, Ever, Ever, Ever?? But we thought we might be taking it too far with those. Still, take it from a gal that suffers from headaches every day. This IS the best darn headache medicine, ever, ever, ever. Works quick, taste great!
Ingredients:
Organic and wildcrafted herbs of: raspberry leaf, skullcap, California poppy, dandelion leaf, lemon balm, burdock root.
Instructions:
You will use about 1 teaspoon per 8 ounces. You can adjust this to your own taste. 1 bag of our tea will typically make 40 - 60 8 ounce servings.
To brew your tea: To extract the essence out of herbal teas, they must be brewed in water that is at the boiling point and for a duration of 5 - 7 minutes. For a more medicinal effect steep 15-30 minutes. Will keep refrigerated for 24 hours.
