Chamomile, Dried Hops, Ginger Root Extract, l-Taurine, l-Tryptophan.

Suggested Use:
Dog Weight - # of Chewables
Up to 10 lbs - 1 Chewable Daily
11-20 lbs - 2 Chewables Daily
21 lbs and over - 1 chewable per 10 lbs body weight daily, Not to exceed 4 chewables daily
